HERBAL MEDICINE

Grass trimmed short between rectangular beds. Aromatic leaves, air scented by blossoms, tiny green leaves of the Thyme, Rosemary with dark green leaves and white central stripe growing on woody stems, sprawling Oregano with it’s sweet pungent smell, Mint in it’s clay pot reaching for the sun, Chives growing like grass with their round purple flowers on tall stems, Basil waves gaily in the summer breeze right next to the garlic to keep the aphids at bay. Combined together what music they make, each Italian and Greek dish an orchestra of flavour.

Herbal Medicine. For severe migraine, take fresh organic mint in black tea. If you depressed, eat tomato, it will increase your serotonin level!

GOING BACK TO MY ROOTS!

AMERICAN DRUGS:
What is inside of Ibuprofen? – isobutylphenyl propionic acid. What is inside of prozac? – fluoxetine hydrochloride. Chemical inside of the most USA drugs; chemicals with ridiculous side effects. So what are the side effect of anti-depressant? Anti depressant meaning it will make you happy!! So do not mind the side effect, which goes as follow: bloody/black/tarry stools, vomit that looks like coffee grounds, fast/irregular heartbeat, fainting, seizures, change in amount of urine, eye pain/swelling/redness, vision changes, cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat; drowsiness, dizziness, feeling nervous; mild nausea, upset stomach, constipation; increased appetite, weight changes; sleep problems (insomnia); decreased sex drive, impotence, or difficulty having an orgasm; or dry mouth. Seriously? But hey, as long as it makes me happy . . .

My grandmother, who was considered a witch in her community was was known for her clever spells and medicinal healing potions that did miracles to ill people. Sick people from many other towns were visiting my grandmother, looking for her help. She was a very kind woman and taught me well of when in season and what time of the day it is allowed to pick the healing herbs, of how to properly dry, preserve them and make healing serums.

Connect with me if you are dealing with an issue and Western Medicine is failed to work. I will advice you what herbal remedies could help your illness.
